You don't have to adjust my scarf by gigglemeister You don't have to adjust my scarf by gigglemeister
For :iconiamallyballybee: because I kept saying I was going to draw her OCs again and now I finally have.

I think it's pretty obvious from the pose that they were originally wearing suits and Jake was adjusting Ben's tie, but when as it started getting closer to December I decided I wanted to draw them in winter clothes. I had the line art mostly done by then, but I figured aw, what the hell, I'll just go with it. And after weeks of hating the suits, I'm actually very fond of the winter coats and scarves. So fantastic.

Urgh, god I'm still not over it! Urgh! <3

Actually, come to think of it, Ben's scarf looks a lot like my own...

Neither am I! It's my favorite thing I've drawn in over a month You have no idea. There are so many files on my computer that are pictures I haven't dared to finish 'cause they're horrendous

Weird... I based it off a scarf I saw when I was shopping on Black Friday that I almost bought.

I try my best anyhow! I wish I had started with drawing them in winter clothes, that would have saved me the agony of trying to draw them in suits.

Their outfits look awesome, though!

Yes, yes they do. I ask Ally what kind of styles I should be referencing so that I could make it as good as possible.

Good thinking. :) I always do that when drawing characters for friends.

Indeed! Also, clothes can sort of show a character's personality in a way, if you think about it.
